Brisbane weather : If Rain halts play on 4th, 5th Day, India may retain test series| Oneindia Sports

बारिश की वजह से ऑस्ट्रेलिया की उम्मीदों पर पानी फिरता हुआ नजर आ रहा है. अगर बारिश की वजह से ब्रिसबेन टेस्ट मैच ड्रा होता है या फिर परिणाम ऑस्ट्रेलिया के पक्ष में नहीं निकलता है. तो घाटा ऑस्ट्रेलिया को ही होगा. क्योंकि फिर भारत के पास ही बॉर्डर गावस्कर ट्रॉफी रहेगी. यानी टीम इंडिया ट्रॉफी रिटेन कर लेगी. इतना ही नहीं, ऑस्ट्रेलिया के लिए ये शर्मनाक होगा कि अपने घर में स्टीव स्मिथ और डेविड वॉर्नर की मौजूदगी के बावजूद टीम इंडिया को नहीं हार सके. भारतीय टीम को सिर्फ ड्रॉ की आवश्कता है. बारिश ने ऑस्ट्रेलिया की चिंता बढ़ा दी. ब्रिसबेन टेस्ट के दूसरे दिन का तीसरा सेशन बारिश के चलते धुल गया. ब्रिसबेन के मौसम पूर्वानुमान के अनुसार तीसरे दिन भी बारिश की आशंका है और चौथे-पांचवें दिन भारी बारिश हो सकती है.

Thus, the weather forecast for showers in the afternoon did prove to be true.
