1. Install VirtualBox.
2. Get/Download the Windows 10 ISO File.
3. Start the installation.
4. Start Virtualbox.(launch the software and click New in the Manager window.)
5. In the Create Virtual Machine dialog box enter 'Windows 10' as the name of the operating system.
6. Select Windows 10 as the version. (Choose 'Windows 10 (64bit)' if you have a 64-bit ISO).
7. Hit Next, then set the Memory Size. Select the amount of RAM.
8. Create a Virtual Hard Drive. On the following screen choose to 'Create a virtual hard drive now' and click Create.
9. Accept VDI (VirtualBox Disk Image) as the hard drive file type.
10. You’ll be asked if you want the new virtual hard drive to be dynamically allocated or a fixed size. Choose any option and click Next.
11. Enter File Location Or Leave the default location And select the Size of virtual machine in megabytes. Then Click Create and VirtualBox will begin building the drive.
12. When done,Select created virtual machine and then click the Start button in the Manager.
13. Select your ISO as the startup disk. In the 'Select start-up disk' window, click the folder icon and navigate to the Windows 10 ISO.
14. Click Start and Windows 10 should begin to load.
15. Select your language settings.
16. Click the 'Install now' button.
17. Activate windows by entering a product key. If you don't have product key click "I don't have a product Key". (You'll be prompted to enter your license key but you can skip this step for now (useful if you don't actually have a Windows 10 key). Otherwise enter The Product Key.)
18. Select The Operating System You Want To Install And Click Next.
19. Accept the license terms.
20. Choose the 'Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)' option.
21. Choose the drive where you want to install windows.
22. Click Next, and the installation process will begin.
23. Windows restarts automatically.
24. Installation Continues.
25. Getting Device Ready.
26. Just a moment.
27. Choose region and click yes.
28. Select the right keyboard layout and click yes.
29. Add second keyboard layout or skip.
30. Connect to the network or choose "I don't have internet".
31. Click "continue with limited setup" Or Connect Now.
32. Enter username then click next.
33. Enter password then click next.
34. Choose no or yes to continue.
35. Choose privacy settings for your device and click "Accept".
36. Say who owns your PC (you or an organization).
37. sign in with your Microsoft account.
38. You can create an account if you don’t already have one.
39. Next you'll be able to add or skip Cortana, Microsoft's personal assistant.
