Using plastic straws is an affordable, DIY hack to get the look of acrylic nails. First, the straws are cut to resemble the shape of a nail. The straws are glued on and topped with a thin layer of acrylic for stability. The straws are then shaped, filed, and cured. And the result is long, acrylic-like nails!
