BEEF SINIGANG

This cold season, cook Sinigang. Try this simple, quick and easy recipe. Ypour family will love it!

Ingredients:
1 kg Beef, cut into cubes
2 to 2½ Liters of water
1 pack Sinigang Mix, any brand (can add more)
fish sauce / patis
ground black pepper

Vegetables:
Tomatoes, cut same size as the beef
Onions, cut same size as the beef
kangkong
long bean/ string beans / sitaw
long green chilis / siling duwag
optional:
lady fingers/ okra
aubergine/ eggplant/ talong
radish/ labanos
