Kidu A Sri Lankan speciality meal

This is a delicacy in Sri Lanka, this rice is cooked with ghee and spices ,with veggies and meat of choice, dished out into a basket woven out of coconut tree leaves,I made several packets of this special rice and distributed to the much needy.Feeding a person in hunger is a good thing to do and thats why I chose to do an act of kindness, by distributing food to help, someone from not going hungry.
