The Rhodes scholarship is an initiative taken by the Will of Cecil John Rhodes in 1902, to provide financial assistance for the meritorious and talented students from every corner of the world to bring them together at the prestigious Oxford University. This is now jointly offered by The Rhodes Trust and the Second Century Founder, John McCall Mac Bain O.C., aiming to make sure talent is not stopped by poverty.
