Mkhize says he’s worried about the Western Cape and Eastern Cape. Both provinces have recorded high numbers of COVID-19 infections. The minsiter is visiting Port Elizabeth in Eastern Cape to help deal with the resurgence of cases. Courtesy #DStv403
