Mkhize - 'Increase in COVID-19 infections was inevitable'

Health Minister Zweli Mkhize says the first weeks of the national lockdown resulted in economic distress. He says government was forced to ease some of the restrictions. Speaking at the science and innovation summit in response to the COVID-19 pandemic Mkhize says the increase in COVID-19 infections was inevitable.
