‘Buffalo mother’ has been guardian to Hong Kong’s wild herd for over a decade

About 12 years ago, a male buffalo with a swollen leg and a misshapen hip joint took shelter at Leung Siu-wah's home on Lantau Island home in Hong Kong. It was a chance encounter, but one that changed her life forever.
