PSDF Launches Different Skills Development Programs For Transgenders & Disabled Individuals

Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is a non-profit organization that provides vocational skills to people so that they can work in different areas of the private sector and earn a living. They have launched another program for handicapped individuals. People with disabilities are taught different skills such as stitching, embroidery, making wheelchairs, etc so they may have job opportunities and become useful citizens of the country. Women in small villages who do not have enough resources to come for training in the organization are trained in their own villages. Transgenders expressed the desire of becoming makeup artists and a program was launched for them with the help of model Mehreen Syed. Watch the video to know more about this brilliant initiative of demarginalizing these specific segments of the society.
