Double-swing bridge spins into place in northern China

A double-swing bridge in northern China’s Hebei province was rotated into place on October 27, 2020. The Mangniu River Super Major Bridge paves the way for construction of a new section of the Rongcheng-Wuhai Expressway connecting China’s eastern Shandong province with Inner Mongolia. The swing bridge also crosses the Beijing-Kowloon Railway which links Beijing and Hong Kong.
