NPA wants out of Justice department

The National Prosecuting Authority wants out of the Justice Department. It says it should be treated as a Chapter Nine Institution, like the Public Protector and the Human Rights Commission. NPA spokesperson Sipho Ngwema spoke eNCA on this. Courtesy #DStv403
