Ruchika Bundela, the female head of the Gram Panchayat Bagoni Jamuniya in Lalitpur district of UP, has been selected among the four heads of the state from whom Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath communicated directly through community toilets and video conferences on the occasion of the foundation stone laying and inauguration of the panchayat buildings.
