Portugal coach Fernando Santos says his squad will have some tough games ahead if they are to finish on top of their Nations League group.

Both Portugal and France both now have seven points after their 0-0 draw in Paris on Sunday.

Portugal have a slight edge on goal difference, but with three matches remaining, Santos knows they cannot take success for granted.

"Croatia won tonight and they will still play Portugal and France at their stadium, so they naturally have the ambition to finish on top of the group," he said.

"We are playing at home against Sweden in the next fixture and it's crucial, very important to win this game.

"Then we will play at home against France, and it's always a tough game. It is clearly all to be played in this group," he said.
