One of the biggest risks of losing IP is when we enter into a discussion with an external funder because we have discussed the idea in the greater length unless he won't be interested in funding; So, what if this funding opportunity fail and he takes away our idea and shares with somebody else and IP is gone. So should we have some kind of agreement signed before we sit for the funding pitch or what's the suggestions for that?
