An extreme athlete in Austria on Saturday broke his own world record by spending more than two-and-a-half hours in a box filled with 200 kilograms of ice cubes.
The 42-year-old beat the previous record which he himself set last year by more than 20 minutes.
The sportsman said he focuses on "positive emotions" to endure the pain.
"I'm fighting the pain by visualizing and drawing on positive emotions so I can dampen this wave of pain."
Afterwards, he said it was great to feel the sun on his back.
He then grabbed an ice cream and ate it as he posed for the media, wearing only a pair of swimming trunks.
And that does it for today's edition of 'The World Now'. I'll be back next time with more updates from around the world.
