A man in Wigan, UK notices a funnel cloud looming outside of a restaurant on August 17.
"I had just come out of a restaurant on Parbold Hill when my son noticed this “pointy cloud”....we stood and watched it a minute or two, we then realized it was actually a tornado in Wigan of all places!" said the filmer.
