Before launching the national-level National Blue Ocean Strategy MyBN Gotong Royong 2017 on Saturday, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said emphasised on the need for all communities to come together to build the nation, adding that harmony, tolerance and understanding were key to progress.
