National love blooms at arts festival

Hundreds of bunga raya “bloomed” at Wisma MCA on Saturday in time for the 60th anniversary of the country’s independence. Close to 100 Malaysians had gathered to draw hibiscus, the national flower, under the guidance of professional artists from the Selangor and Kuala Lumpur Painting Artists and Calligrapher Society.
