EXCLUSIVE: “The man would often taunt the dog and try to kick it,” says security guard

D. Mariayee, the security guard who was on duty when a dog was brutally attacked, said she had seen the attacker taunting the dog and trying to kick it, prior to the incident. Mariayee said that the dog was usually well behaved and never went after anyone.
