Bistro à Table was opened in 2011. In 2013, the prestigious Miele Guide recognised the restaurant as being the third best in Malaysia. Isadora's themed degustation menus are legendary and are often booked out as soon as they are available.
At work, Isadora professes to being a bit of a neat freak and even walks around her restaurant kitchen barefoot because the floor is so clean!
Although she is now in the midst of writing a cookbook and opening her second eatery, she found time to entertain us when we arrived unannounced at her home.
