What is Mindfulness?
In an answer to a question, Miteiya explains the art of “Mindfulness”. Miteiya says that this is the core teaching of “Abhisamayalankara” and reminds the viewers of his previous discourse on 4 Greek brothers. Miteiya reiterates the same teaching by quoting Prometheus, Epimetheus, Menoetius and Atlas.

Miteiya also quotes a myth from Mahabharata, wherein during the battle; Dronacharya was asked to capture Yudhisthir and not kill him. From psychological perspective, it simply shows that Mind would be actively working to capture the “Internal Gaze”. With the background of these two myths, Miteiya explains the teaching of Abhisamayalankara.

Miteiya says that there are 4 steps in this exercise. The first step is to acquire requisite knowledge of all the scriptures. The second step is to understand all paths (Chakras). The third step is to sequence them in proper alignment. And the fourth and final step is to enlighten and awaken all the chakras along with goal in the single instantenous moment. This process is quite similar to Vast Form of Krishna and it leads to Sahasara Chakra.
