Ingredients for the recipe:- 1/8 cup or 2 tbsp
pulses/dals required:-
1/8 or cup urad dal
1/8 cup arhar dal
1/8 cup moong dal
1/8 cup masoor dal
1/8 + 1/8 cup chana dal(bangal gram)
1/8 cup rice/chawal
1 and half inch of ginger/adrak piece
3 finely chopped green chillies/hari mirche
1/2 tsp asafotedia/hing
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
1/3 cup chopped green corinader/hara dhaniya
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion/pyaaz
enough oil for deep frying
6 to 8 curry leaved chopped/curry patta

Note: Fry on medium high heat.
Always use proper mesauring cups and spoons for perfect measurements.
