-1/2 tsp black pepper powder/kali mirch
-1 tsp oregano
-1/2 tsp of Paprika powder
-1 tsp of crushed/grated garlic(lehsun)
-1 tbsp of onion paste or powder(pyaaz ka paste ya powder)
For Pasta preparation :
-Marinated chicken 200 gm
-1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter for frying veggies(butter will add more taste to the flavour so do not skip using it)
-2 tbsp of chopped/grated garlic(lehsun)
-1 small chopped onion(pyaaz)
-1 medium capsicum chopped in small cubes/shimla mirch
-1/3 cup of sliced baby corn
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1/2 tsp black pepper powder/kali mirch powder
-pinch of salt/namak for veggies
-1/2 tsp salt/namak or as per taste for pasta if required
-1 chicken cube or chicken powder 1 tsp
-3/4 or 200ml cup thick cream
-4 to 5 or 1/2 cup cheese cubes grated or chopped
-1/2 cup pasta water/pasta ka pani(save pasta water for making sauce)
-1/2 cup milk/doodh
-2 tbsp finely chopped green coriander/hara dhaniya
-some spring onion green chopped for garnishing(hare pyaaz k patte)
Utensils required :
-1 strainer
-1strainer
-1 wide non-stick pan
-1 deep wide pan for boiling pasta
-1 spatula
Notes : Do not over cook pasta,stir continuously for even cooking
