China warns of ‘forceful counter-attack’ against UK’s extradition treaty suspension with Hong Kong

China has warned the UK that Beijing may use “a forceful counter-attack” after London suspended its extradition treaty with Hong Kong over the Chinese mainland's implementation of a national security law for the former British colony.
