HALEEM IN INSTANT POT

I used Shan shahi haleem packet.
First of all, start your instant pot on “sauté mode high” and add oil and let it become warm then add haleem masala packet and bhoonfy it than add meat add 2 cup stock just for masala not get burnt and then add pulses packet and mix well and add 7 cups of stock add 2 chicken cubes and mix well and put instant pot on “pressure mode” for 16 min and keep “warm mode”on. After 40 mins when natural pressure release open lid and use a hand blender to blend haleem ,i dont have blender so i used egg beater and meanwhile fry one big onion for tarka.then add Weetabix 2 pieces and 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder(secret ingredients) and add in haleem and blend everything. After that Leave haleem on warm mode for like 15 minutes so that everything incooperates .Add onion and chat masla for better taste .your shahi haleem is ready. By the way, it took an hour almost with these steps.
