If you are looking for a home in the Yachats area, we strongly recommend Wendy Snidow. She has 30 years’ experience in the area. This not only means that she has detailed knowledge of the local real estate, she also has a network of connections and long term relationships. That is priceless! Throughout our process of working with Wendy, she took the time to understand our specific criteria, which rapidly evolved as we visited and studied different homes and properties. She was patient and resourceful throughout the process. The greatest differentiator for us was when Wendy connected us to our dream home in Yachats days before it went on the market. This was possible because Wendy knew the current owner because of her strong relationships in the community. This provides a tremendous advantage to anyone seeking a home in Yachats.
