Chinese students take crunch college exam after virus delay

Hopeful young candidates in Beijing arrive for China's annual nationwide college entrance examination, known as the "Gaokao". The notoriously competitive test was postponed for a month this year due to the global coronavirus pandemic. Following guidelines from the education ministry, 10 million students around the country and their invigilators are required to track their health status prior to testing days and students from moderate to high-risk regions should wear masks when taking the test.
