‘No winner’ amid rising US-China tensions, says Hong Kong’s commerce chief Edward Yau

In an exclusive interview, Hong Kong Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Edward Yau said the city’s economic health taking a hit from rising tensions between the US and China.
