Ozone hole expands, cloud seeding a solution? ovni ufo

I won't go to the Art Bell George Nori scare your pants off Coast to Coast AM radio fearmongering level, but if seeding to make clouds helps we should know how to avoid the material if any.

When you look at this outline of Antarctica and compare it to my previous vid with ICEsat data radar image and Google World you would think these scientists would at least know what shape such a large continent is. Funding for this kind of confusion does very little to instill confidence in those looking out for us all.
