Solo exhibition of paintings by Tapan Karmakar

In my vantage point, a canvas is a nutshell of the entire universe. Moreover, an artist paints and ultimately it becomes a brief narration of the universe in the language of lines and strokes drawn in their artwork. My paintings are interrogation of my own visions, thoughts or perceptions. Every single swirling movements of brush on a painting witnesses the personality of being strong and enlightens to be more empowered which results into a such vaunted art works. And this could not be more possible than a really creative mind working behind it. Moreover, it's the experience of certain situations in life which guides one towards an impressive art work and could ideally touch the viewers heart. Such artworks are soulful which communicate with the viewer's feelings so easily and fullfill the understandability of the viewer's artistic sense because apprehending the paintings sense is really an assertive task to get an insight of it.My paintings spark with really vibrant colours which are the results of really refined artistic and flawless brush strokes. It brings emotion live from within the paintings to it's outsiders and of course it's deeply rooted associating with the opulence of Indian ethos. My art work is persuasive and pleasing to look at.
