Eggless chocolate cake
In this video I have prepared eggless chocolate cake in a very simple and easy process.
Dry Ingrediants:
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup or as per taste
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Coco powder - half cup
Wet ingrediants:
Refined oil - half cup
Curd - half cup
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Butter milk - 1 & half cup as required for smooth batter.
Note: (Milk or water can be used instead of butter milk)
Cream or cake spread: Double boiler process
Chocolate biscuits - 5 to 6 pieces
Cadbury chocolate few pieces
Butter - 1 tea spoon
Butter milk - 2 table spoon or as required for smooth creamy texture.
