Chicken grill or fry stick

Masala paste

* 6 clove garlic
* 1/2 inch ginger
* 1 n 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
* Salt to taste
* 1 tbsp cooking oil
* 3/4 tbsp vinegar
Make a paste in mortar and pestle
Set a side for 1 hours

Marination

* 500 gm chicken boneless thighs
* 1 tbsp rice flour
* 1/4 tsp home made garam masala
* 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
* 1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate
* 1/2 egg
* 1 mild chilli chop
* 2 tbsp coriander fresh
* 5-6 curry leaves
