How to update BIOS in ASUS TUF series Laptop

How to use ASUS EZ Flash Utility to update Notebook BIOS.
Note: It is not allowed to downgrade the BIOS version. Keep the Laptop connected to the power supply during the operation.
BIOS-Version 310: last release 2020/02/07
