Kulbhushan Jadhav case: Pakistan के खिलाफ India फिर जा सकता है ICJ | वनइंडिया हिंदी

Despite explicit instructions from the International Court of Justice, Pakistan is not allowing India to meet retired naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav. Senior advocate and India's advocate in the International Court of Justice Harish Salve has said that given the attitude of Pakistan, India will have to knock the door of the International Court once again.
कुलभूषण मामले में इंटरनेशनल कोर्ट से मुंह की खाने के बाद भी पाकिस्तान सुधरने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है. आईसीजे के स्पष्ट निर्देश के बावजूद पाकिस्तान भारत को रिटायर्ड नौसेना अधिकारी कुलभूषण जाधव से मिलने नहीं दे रहा है. इसको लेकर भारत एक बार फिर से आईसीजे का रुख कर सकता है.
