पाकिस्तान ने कुलभूषण जाधव को सोमवार को कॉन्सुलर एक्सेस देने का प्रस्ताव दिया है. पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा कि पाकिस्तानी जेल में बंद कुलभूषण जाधव को सोमवार को कॉन्सुलर संबंधों पर वियाना कन्वेंशन, इंटरनेशनल कोर्ट ऑफ जस्टिस (ICJ) के फैसले और पाकिस्तान के कानूनों के अनुरूप प्रदान कॉन्सुलर एक्सेस दिया जाएगा.
