Normalcy seems to be returning in Jammu and Kashmir and things are totally under control. Prohibitory orders under CrPC Section 144 have been lifted for the entire day in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district paving the way for resumption of normal activities in the state which has been under clampdown since August 5.
