This guy needed a haircut but could not go out to get one amid coronavirus lockdown. So he asked his girlfriend to give him one. However, she messed up and shaved off a bit of his hair. She made several unsuccessful attempts to salvage it by cutting it shorter and shorter. The guy ended up with a bald head.
