Barangay officials and parents of a positive Covid patient exchanged heated words when their child was refused entry in their community in Barangay 246 in Tondo, Manila. Two health workers, wearing hazmat suits, accompanied the Covid patient who was inside an ambulance of the Bureau of Fire Protection.
