Constructed for the Commonwealth Games of 1962, Perry Lakes Stadium was located in the northern suburbs of Perth. After years of neglect, Landcorp began redeveloping the site in 2011. Winner of the 2015 sustainable design awards, Perry Lakes is only minutes from the Perth CBD and Northern Beaches.
Until recently, Aerial Photography was expensive and exclusive requiring helicopters or planes. Recent technological advances have led to the development of affordable remote control drones. Once considered toys, many are now equipped with high-quality digital cameras.
This video was created to explore the opportunities of Aerial Drone Photography for the Real Estate Industry. For our third test flight, we are perfecting our camera angles, flight paths and editing.
