Delhi violence: Will take strict action against miscreants, says Police

Delhi Court ordered police to ensure safe passage for injured to the hospital after violence in North-East district of Delhi claims lives of 18 people. Additional DCP (North) of Delhi Police, Dinesh K Gupta said, “There were 4 bodies and 20 injured at a hospital in Chand Bagh. We had to shift them to another hospital as per High Court orders. All the victims have been shifted to another hospital now, so that they can get proper medical treatment. We will take strict actions against miscreants.” DCP North-East, Ved Prakash Surya said, “We are holding flag march and we controlled the situation. Now the situation is normal. We are going to see the place from where we got the call of arson.”
