Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said that the Centre will do some 'cosmetic surgery' in Budget 2020-21 to attract people. He said, "Government is showing golden dreams to lure youth. In reality, our pockets are empty, the economic condition in India is shabby. There is no focus on infrastructure or business.
