On the one hand, there has been a controversy in the country about NRC and National Population Register( NPR). Those who oppose it argue that from where will we bring old documents to prove citizenship. But in the meantime, a big reveal has been revealed from RTI. The government has no documents declaring tiger as a national animal and peacock as the national bird of the country.

देश में एक ओर NRC और नेशनल पॉपुलेशन रजिस्टर यानी NPR को लेकर विवाद छिड़ा हुआ है. विरोध करने वालों का तर्क है कि हम नागरिकता साबित करने के लिए पुराने दस्तावेज कहां से लाएंगे. लेकिन इसी बीच आरटीआई से एक बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है. सरकार के पास टाइगर को राष्ट्रीय पशु और मोर को देश का राष्ट्रीय पक्षी घोषित करने वाले कोई दस्तावेज नहीं है.
