A river went dry after a muddy rain, which is a mix of volcanic ash and rainfall, covered it. Lolo Peping, 74, said that they were able to catch some 10 tubs of various fish, including tilapia and milkfish, on Tuesday morning, before the river was finally blanketed by muds on Wednesday.
