Tourists admire pink cherry blossom blooming during winter in northern Thailand

Hundreds of tourists flocked to see beautiful pink cherry blossoming Chiang Mai, northern Thailand on Friday (January 3rd).
Footage shows visitors taking pictures and posing for selfies with the fields of blossom, or Wild Himalayan Cherry, at the Khun Chang Kian wildlife park.
One tourist said: "It is an awesome floral garden. We are so pleased to appreciate thousands of cherry blossom here together with family. ''
The trees, known locally as ‘Nang Phaya Sua Krong’ trees, bloom every winter between December and January, making them a popular attraction in the northern region of Thailand.
