I always did poorly in school; however, when it came to learning how to help people with their physical ailments, I read everything I could about the subject. That’s exactly what you need to do. Become an expert in your chosen area.
The second part of habit formation is building a routine that will keep you healthy. What’s one of the most important elements of your health? Sleep. Getting a good night’s rest should be the baseline for you. Don’t be someone who tries to burn the candle at both ends. We all need sleep to be our most productive selves.
The third part of developing healthy habits is learning to take on feedback. I know that it can feel uncomfortable to hear anything negative about your work. But if you can listen to the criticism, you’ll gain valuable information that can help you to improve. By shutting out the critics, you’re avoiding an opportunity for growth.
