Vijay Mallya को तगड़ा झटका, PMLA कोर्ट ने दिया ये आदेश | वनइंडिया हिन्दी

Prevention of Money Laundering Act court in Mumbai which deals with offences related to money laundering has allowed banks which had lent money to fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya to utilise the seized assets. Court said the ruling has been stayed till January 18, until which the parties affected by the order could appeal to the Bombay High Court. According to sources, the seized assets mainly comprise financial securities, such as shares.

प्रीवेंशन ऑफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग एक्ट यानी PMLA की मुंबई अदालत ने कई हजार करोड़ का कर्ज लेकर फरार कारोबारी विजय माल्या की जब्त संपत्ति बेचने की इजाजत दी है। कोर्ट की ओर से SBI और दूसरे बैंकों को ये अनमुति मिली है कि वो माल्या की जब्त सपंत्ति नीलाम करें और कर्ज की भरपाई करें। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय यानी ईडी ने कहा था कि उसे इस वसूली में कोई आपत्ति नहीं है।
