PUT THE PIECES IN GRINDER

2 TEASPOON WATER
COOK UNTIL BECOME CARAMELIZED
POUR INTO KATORI BOWL
2 EGGS
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1.5 CUP MILK
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
MIX THE BREAD CRUMB GRADUALLY
POUR THE MIXTURE IN KATORI BOWL
COVER THE BOWL WITH FOIL
HOT WATER IN CURRY PAN
PLACE A TRAY INSIDE
PLACE THE BOWL & COVER
STEAM IT FOR 30 MIN. ON LOW MEDIUM FLAME
AFTER COOL DOWN KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 2 HOURS.
REMOVE THE FOIL
CAREFULLY REMOVE THE PUDDING
