INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:.
2 TABLESPOON AGAR AGAR POWDER
1/2 CUP WATER
4 PIECES BREAD SLICE
CUT THE SIDES PART OF THE BREAD
CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
200ml CHOCOLATE MILK
BLEND....
600ml CHOCOLATE MILK
COOK THE MILK FOR 2-3 MIN.
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER
MIX WELL
1/4 CUP DARK CHOCOLATE
COOK IT FOR 2-3 MIN.
MIX THE BREAD MIXTURE
MIX WELL & COOK FOR 2 MIN.
MIX THE AGAR MIXTURE
COOK UNTIL THICKER LIKE THIS
7 INCH MOULD WITH BAKING PAPER
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOULD
KEEP IT IN ROOM TEMP. FOR COOLDOWN
PLACE SOME PEANUT ON THE TOP
KEEP IT IN FRIDGE FOR 2-3 HOURS
CAREFULLY REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
CUT INTO SLICES
