RISO SCAMORZA E PEPERONI
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
one smoked scamorza, broth, onion, peppers, oil, rice, sparkling wine
PREPARATION:
Prepare a risotto by frying the onion with the diced peppers, and adding the rice to shine
Add the broth and sparkling wine a little at a time up to one minute from the end of cooking
Cut the scamorza into cubes and add to the risotto
Rice takes the color of peppers and both flavors, of scamorza and peppers
Cook for the remaining minute and serve
